Someone put a 1-star rating because there was a slow shipping situation sometimes. When I feel the smallest ache in my feet, I take BLZ according to the directions. Literally, within the next day, it really starts to subside. Some people may have different reactions but my pain is gone by the third day. Just follow the directions and literally, WHEN YOU FEEL A SMALL ACHE, TAKE BLZ! I am not associated with the company but have been taking BLZ for a few years when I feel the smallest ache. Trust me, it really does work!
